I confirm I have read and accept the PatchRight™ Client Terms and Conditions, version 3.2 dated 27 July 2026, and the Privacy Policy. I'm 18 or over, the details above are accurate, and if I'm signing for a company I'm authorised to bind it. I'd like the service to start straight away, before my 14 day cancellation period ends. I understand that if I then cancel, I'll pay for what's been supplied up to that point. (Optional. Leave unticked and we'll wait.)

We'll email you a copy of what you've accepted, along with your payment link. Your districts are held for 24 hours from when we send that link.
